Hi, everyone! This is a dressing room for characters from the Tales of series of video games! For those who don't know what a dressing room means: We are roleplaying as fictional characters here, so please don't join with your personal journal, or try to talk about the games themselves. You'll get really weird looks from the characters.

There are just a few rules!

1. No Godmoding. This is one of the basics of RP. You are allowed to make actions as a character, but you are not allowed to dictate their consequences.
Good: John threw a punch at Bob.
Bad: John punched Bob, who collapsed in tears.
Bad: John punched Bob in the face and knocked him across the room.
John is free to take any action he is physically able to make, but he cannot dictate how Bob reacts, or give Bob no chance to react at all.
2. IC actions mean IC consequences. If John punches Bob, John's player should not be surprised if Bob gets angry at John, or tries to hit him back. However...
3. IC =/= OOC! If John punches Bob, this does not mean that John's player does not like Bob's player.
4. Please tag your posts with the game in the series your character is from, and the character's name or the name of the character they were originally based on.
Example 1: Caelum is a replica of Jade Curtiss. He goes under Jade's tag, because Jade does not have a replica in canon.
Example 2: Colet is a genderswapped version of Colette Brunel. He goes under Colette's tag, because he is an AU of Colette.
5. Don't be a jerk. If people complain about you being a jerk, the mods will review the situation and issue warnings/bans as appropriate.

...Serious stuff is done with! On to the setting! Basically, this is a generic town. It has a central square with a fountain, some farms near the back, some shops around the square. Whatever else you want to make up - the setting is somewhat fluid. But all the people who aren't brought from other worlds? Are Katz. They look like people in cat-shaped fursuits, with their faces exposed, and come in pink and blue varieties.

They will be glad to give you directions around town, or give you food - everything here is free, since it's a haven for travelers - point out which houses are empty and therefore available to live in. They don't know why you're here. People show up from all over, they say. The Katz are here to help them. If you want to go home, they say, why don't you just go back the way you came? And that, it seems, is that.
